Registered ISE PSN not visible in the PAN Deployment tab

Hello,

In a distributed ISE environment, we had three new ISE PSNs added to the cluster. Though registration was successful, the three new PSNs are not visible in the deployment section on the Primary PAN node. Here we are using ISE 2.3 with Patch 5. How do I trouble shoot this to make the three new PSN nodes visible on the PAN deployment section? Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

If you log into the GUI of the PSN that is missing what GUI do you see?  If you see a full GUI then it did not properly register.  If you see a GUI that only shows certificates and such then something is messed up.  You could try to do an application reset from the CLI and then try to rejoin it.
