Removing endpoint from endpoint identity group ISE 2.4

The remove option on ISE 2.4 does not remove the endpoint, it just marks it as static false. anyone experiencing the same or have seen this in the past.

Since ISE2.3 (or somewhere around that era) the way to manage endpoints is via the Context Visibility.  There delete function under the Endpoint Identity Group list doesn't seem to work like it did in older versions
