Request for enhancements to improve usability of ISE

Hi team,

 

I have had a session with a large federal government customer in Germany together with one of our security SEs (Roland Mueller). The customer has provided some valid input on how we can improve the usability of the ISE. Hopefully, this input is valuable for the BU and it would be great if these could make it into the roadmap of the ISE.

 

  1. Customer would like to have more than 20 concurrent Admin Logins
  2. There should be the option to duplicate endpoints in order to inhert all the settings easily to new endpoints
  3. We should be able to move endpoints from Identity Group A to Identity Group B. At the moment this works only via CSV Export, CSV Modification and CSV Re-Import, this is not ideal
  4. Delete Endpoints: The "Delete All" Button should not be visible for all Admin Groups, only for specified ones.
  5. GUI Improvement: Endpoint Identity Groups are alphabetically sorted in the main window, but in the tree view the groups are not sorted.
  6. GUI Improvement: The Scroll Bar is not directly visible. Only if the window within the window scrolls. Scroll window appears even if the display does not occupy more than 50% of the browser window.

The customer is looking back for your feedback.
