After removing a certificate from ISE, we get a warning that the server needs to be restarted. Check the image.
We proved restarting both nodes and "application stop/start ise" and reload via CLI on all nodes. The message doesn't go away.

Hi @RahmaSallm ,
please at ISE CLI, use the show tech-support command, search for:
*****************************************************
Displaying local and trust certificates in PEM format
*****************************************************
double-check the Certificates, if the deleted Certificate is still there, then please open a TAC (to manually remove the Certificate).
Hope this helps !!!

I don't know what restart notification you are talking about.
You didn't say which certificate you removed.
There is no image attached.
Open a TAC case since there isn't enough information to troubleshoot any further.
