SD Guest Wireless Question

HI

Can i set up a Wirelss Guest Network without using any Portals (hotspot, self registered) I have recntly had a visit to a  fast food restaraunt and I connected to their Guest SSID and was just granted Internet access without any Portal/AUP etc, would I still need the success page in ISE or would just having ISE rules for SSID and Guets Vlan do the trick.??

@benolyndav create the Guest wireless network as an "open" SSID. No Central Web Auth (CWA) portal/AUP is displayed by ISE, but neither is a sucess page.
