Secure ACS Passing subnet access to end user

I am looking to pass the allowed subnet to a VPN user. The status of the system is as follows: ACS - 5.8.0.32 - Managed internally ASAv - Managed by Cloud provider. We pass authentication to it via RADIUS from ACS End device is an 2960X switch. Thanks in Advance

Just to make things clear, you want to push the split-tunnel policy to a remote-access VPN user?
I don't understand why you're saying that the end device is an 2960X.
