Securid Authentication via ACS 3.0 fails.

I have a problem in that the above authentication fails, apparently on the ACS side- The Ace Server says "passcode accepted".

ACS Failed Attempts log entry says "User Access Filtered" under heading Authen-Failure-Code.

I am running ACS3.0 on Win2k Server (standard edition) with RSA Client for Win2k v1.1 and Ace Server v4.1 Path 3.

Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.

The error messages you provided indicate there is something going on with network access restrictions with this username. If you are doing wildcards in network access restrictions, there is a bug, CSCdw52982.
