Hello
I recently installed an ACS 4.2.1 with patch 4.2.1.15.1 et 4.2.1.15.2 the on a Win 2003 R2 Std edition SP2
I can not sart the service CSLog
Each time I resart it, I have the following message in window viewer:
(Note that I have the same problem on another machine WIN 2003 Std edition SP1)
Could you please help me ?

This is a known issue with 4.2.1, if you are not using RSA feature you can ignore this message.
However, if CSLOG cannot be started, could you try restarting the ACS,
also see if reboot of the windows server helps

Hello,
We are not using RSA.
However there is a probleme with this ACS because there is nothing in the log " failed attempts " ou "sucess attempts".
And the ACS is configured for logging the failled and success attempt.
We also tried to reload the ACS.

You could change the log level to full and collect package.cab and look for RDS.log and AUTH.log to make sure this authentication request are making to the ACS SE
