Service Selection Rule In ACS

Hello,

We have three rules in ACS as shown in the below figure.

Rule-2 : for TACACS and intergrated with AD working fine.

Rule-3:  for TACACS for local user created on ACS is not working.

Rule-1:  for Radius. It is default.

If I place Rule-1 first then it works(but Rule-2 don't works).

If I place Rule-2 first then it works (but Rule-1 don't works).

Please advice.

Amalgamate the two rules and use a DB Sequence instead.
