Sponsor and my device portal stopped working

I have ise 1.4 ruinning with all patches installed. the sponsor and mydevices portals were working fine. but all of a sudden i keep getting an error that reads "

A process error occurred. Contact your system administrator for assistance

"

what could be the possible cause of this error?

Can you please check if the replication between the Primary and Secondary nodes is working well.

what is the exact version and patch level ?

Are your NTP in sync ? and your timezones right ?

Same problem for me accessing Sponsor Portal "A process error occurred. Contact your system administrator for assistance"

NTP and timezone is working correctly and syn'ced.

Application reset ise solved the problem for me.

Do check the ISE version and the current version is 1.2 and patch 6 is also out.also do share any logs if you have
