Subsequent Authentication w.Radius and AS5300

I tried to get CLID Preauthentication work using Radius(Cisco ACS)with additional PPP Chap Authentication using ISDN and POTS service. got this work in IOS version 12.2.5 but needed 2 users configured on the Radius.

the target is to use the temporarly created CLID-user(outbound servive) by the AS5300 for "second" authentication(framed protocoll)using the ppp service and push to this CLID-user an exclusive IP-Address. how can i get around here?
