TACACS+

I need to add a Cisco 2900XL switch to TACACS+ server. Is there documentation for this approach.

ACS 3.3v, however, I just found out that my switch 2900XL must support SSH(Krypto k9) for this to work. I should be able to add the switch to TACACS+ but no encryption. am I right on this??
