Troubles Configuring RADIUS login with Cisco SG500 series switches

I would like to believe I configured everything correctly with the switches, AAA authentication and groups configured as well as the radius server settings. On the radius server the client (my switch) has been configured. Not entirely sure if I'm missing something however when I attempt to login via the HTTP, HTTPS, or SSH it is stating I have the wrong username and password to login to the device. I have configured RADIUS login previously with our ASA and VPN and there hasn't been any issues with that. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

Try to debug radius and see whether the packets are going to the server or
not. Also, check on the radius server to see whether authentication is
coming or not and why its failing.

The connectivity might be broken.

Looks like i had forgotten to select a specific radio button on the configuration page of the web gui, however after getting that corrected, it allows me to login to the switch but i can't get into priviledged exec... i know i have to be missing a configuration setting on this somewhere. On the radius server it is stating "Login incorrect: [$enabl15$] (from client XXXXX)"
