I am trying to configure TrustSec using ISE2.4, however I'm not able to select the options to specify how i'll be sending the changes to the device. I tried clicking the test connect button and it was successful but the options still remained grayed out.

Make sure the device profile is configured for Cisco. If that is the case and the option is still greyed out, then try switching browsers. Usually the first thing I do when something isn't working right is try another browser. But my guess is the device profile is setup for something other than Cisco.

Can you post a screenshot showing that the Device Profile is set to Cisco?

I probably know whats happend as i head the same issue. First of all Great Tip for the Device Profile. But a beginner mistake that i did, is to set a larger subnet mask then /32. But TrustSec can only support /32.
