Hi,
I installed a new ACS 5.8. I am not able to SSH to the ACS server, however with the same credentials I can connect via HTTPS.
[username@server ~]$ ssh -l username 10.10.10.10

I tried moving the identity authentication from local username to AD. Still the me issue persists.

Try the default username of "admin".

I think you configure this when you first install the unit. I think it is one of the prompts.

How do I permit CLI access to a user account other than 'admin'?
Because the the guy who installed ACS doesn't remember the password he set.

Hi,
If you do not remember the password you need to reset the password as we cannot recover the CLI password.
Please check the following link:

The CLI account is not the same as the GUI account.
The default CLI account is "admin" (no default password), for the GUI is "acsadmin".
