Upgrade ISE 2.7 to ISE 3.1

Dear All,

We plan upgrade from ISE 2.7 to 3.1 P6.

We had failed  when perform running UAT bundle 3.1

After review the URT log, TAC said if failed by a known issue where multiple entries in the Licensing table on 2nd PAN.

Does any one have experience to fix on it?

Hi @kakada Atada ,

 I didn't remember nothing like that, but remember that you are able to upgrade from ISE 2.7 to ISE 3.1 via backup/restore, in other words, you are able to :

1st deregister the SPAN

2nd backup the SPAN

3rd fresh install SPAN to ISE 3.1

4th update SPAN to Patch6

5th restore the backup on the SPAN

After that you have a New PPAN on ISE 3.1 P6 and you are able to do the same to the other Nodes step by step.
