Hello all,
could you give me advice if
it is possible upgrade ACS from ver. 3.0 or 3.1
to 3.2 and preserve current configuration on ACS.
So I mean only upgrade I do and everything will
work like before.

This is possible. You should check platform requirements first, you may well need bigger hardware or an different OS. In that case you should restore the old ACS on the new platform and performn the upgrade after that. This is an extensive but safe approach.
If you decide to keep the current PC platform, the upgrade should be fairly straightforward although I would take all possible precautions and test any backup copies before starting the upgrade.

Incremental Upgrades... Look at the following link for more information in regards to backing it up and proceeding from there.
Take a Backup of the ACS first
then upgrade to 3.0.1.
Install the saved backup on 3.0.1
take ACS backup again...Save it
Upgrade to 3.0.4.....
take ACS backup again...Save it
Upgrade to 3.3.x.......
Now import the backup.....
It is a lengthy process, but it works, if your looking to save the configuration and not start rom scratch!
