Is there a way to upgrade ACS 2.4 to ACS 3.3 preserving the user and group databases ?
Maybe I have to follow a path like 2.4 to 2.5 to 2.6 to 3.0 to 3.3, but I don't know.
A hard upgrade from 2.4 to 3.3 doesn't give the wanted results. The installing proces can't handle the " CiscoSecure Transactions.mdb " complaining it needs a username/password and the file is too old, like access version 97.
So if anyone is experienced in upgrading, I'd like to learn how it is done.

Please follow the steps below for upgrading the ACS v2.4 to ACS v3.3
1) Take the backup of ACS v2.4 and store it on desktop.
2) Upgrade the ACS v2.4 to ACS v2.6.4.
3) Take the backup of ACS v2.6 and store it on desktop.
4) Upgrade the ACS v2.6.4 to ACS v3.0.4.
5) Take the backup of ACS v3.0.4 and store it on desktop.
6) Copy the backup taken from ACS v3.0.4 on the machine on which you'll install ACS v3.3.
7) Install the ACS v3.0.4 on the machine on which you plan to install ACS
v3.3 (But that machine should not be Win2003 server).
8) Restore the ACS backup.
9) Upgrade the ACS v3.0.4 to ACS v3.3

Thanks for the manual. I'll test this and if it succeeds I'll implement it in the live situation.
