I have a problem trying to go trouthg the whole autentication process. I have a router for testing and when a try to connect to that router the Username prompt appears but then without even showing the Password prompt the Cisco Secure ACS shows the following message...Authentication failed. Can anyone tell me why this is happenig?...Thanks a lot.

the best is to post "debug aaa authen" and "debug aaa author", debug tacacs (or radius) authen" outputs here. You might even solve yourself by looking at debug outputs.

Thanks a lot buddy, I try what you told me and it worked great.
I do have one more thing i need to do and don't know how, I'm trying to stablish a redundancy Cisco ACS, in fact, it's not exactly a redundancy system of AAA but more like a Slave Cisco ACS, it dosent have data replication or anything like that, The redundancy parameters are all set in every router.
What i need to do is to find the fastest way to replicate the configuration data (User Accounts, NASes, Servers, etc. The whole database if its possible)from one Cisco ACS to the other. I dont know if this is possible at all but its worth to ask. If you konw a simple way to do this please let me know. Thanks again.
