Using a bastion server to access a repository

Is it possible to use a bastion server in a repository definition?

I'm looking for the URL equivalent of the Linux command line:

% sftp kevin@bastion_host -W repository_host

ISE can leverage SFTP if that's what the question is. I'm not familiar with the switch "-W" though.

Your request appears similar to Transparent SSH tunnel through a bastion host.

This is not supported currently by ISE to accessing repositories.
