Variables for SMS gateway on the path

Hello, 

I am trying to set up an SMS getaway on ISE with an SMS provider. 

I use the SMS HTTP API and in the URL I put the provider's URL, which needs an id unique per user. 

Is there a way to implement this on ISE?
