While configuring Active Directory an error occurred. A message showed up to try the --verbose option or run 'adinfo --diag' to diagnose the problem.
Can anyone help me how to run those options ?

Cisco ACS version 5.3.
ACS configuration: Users and Identity Stores/External Identity Stores/Active Directory.

Hi,
Just out of curiosity what error are you receiving? Also do you have a dns record for the ACS (both A and PTR records)?
Here is a document that I created which will help debug any AD related issues. You can also use this example to see why the ACS fails to join the domain.
