VPN Authentication against NIS+

Has anyone done this before? I am trying to set up a VPN for off-site cable/dsl users so that they can gain access to our on-site resources. I haven't been able to come across anything regarding user authentication and NIS+, so I am unsure if the Cisco Secure products and PIX firewall support this. So I'm hoping someone out there has some experience with this or at least knows where to direct me to get some better information. Thanks for any help you can offer.

You could terminate the VPN clients on the PIX and then do Xauth via Radius say CSNT 2.6 which could authenticate against unix user/password file. But I don't know of any Radius server that could authenticate directly to NIS. The xauth portion on the IPSec could not directly authenticate against NIS.
