VPN3030 SDI authentication problems

I wonder if someone is able to help me with a problem I am having with a VPN3030 configured for remote access VPN and authentication via an RSA server.

A very brief run down of the problem is that when I am trying to test rsa authentication from a user configured group, the authentication fails saying that server is not found. If I try the same test from the base group the authentication then the RSA authentication works fine. The same thing happens when a remote dial vpn tries an attempt.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

In very rare situations, when connecting via HTTP or HTTPS (SSL) management session, LAN to LAN sessions and Remote Access Sessions are not displayed under Administration | Administer Sessions and/or Monitoring | Sessions. This appears to happen for sessions with SINGLE QUOTES (') in the name.Remove the SINGLE QUOTE (') from the site name.
