Hi,
I noticed that the device once go through ISE, it will be included automatically under identity group which is Cisco ISE default. Wht authentication & authorization policy tht will apply to these devices?
Or more realistically, wht will happen to these devices tht goes under def ISE profile? Deny / Allow / etc?

If you haven't changed anything from default policy, and the authentication was successful or the MAB continue is enabled, then it will match 'Basic_Authenticated_Access' rule which sends back permit access.
