You provided too few information and from the print you show, nothing seems wrong as your log show a sucessful session authentication.

You need to provide lot more information.

@jinyuanbao - what are you trying to do exactly? Describe what you're trying to achieve (e.g. device admin using RADIUS, or MAB authentication, etc.) and what devices you're using, steps you've taken to set up the network devices as well as ISE.

I am guessing here that you're trying to use ISE for authenticating your network devices using RADIUS. That is sometimes a bit trickier than using TACACS+ - but it's possible. The methods for device admin using RADIUS vary by each device type and vendor. TACACS+ is a lot more standardised.

If you are using the test portal URL, then it's expected not hitting any authentication or authorization policy rules.
