If your network is down you should immediately call TAC to help your figure this out, not wait for replies in this forum.

You also need to provide a lot more specifics for the experts here to help you narrow down the problem.

Thanks but these AP's were working fine before a power outage, once power came back, they no longer joined.

Make sure AP mac is still present in mac database on ise (if you are authenticating them using mac on ise) or in WLC local database.

-hope this helps-

ammahend, yes the macs are present, I del them for posterity sake.

what model of WLC and AP are you talking about?, follow the link provided above to check all the possible reasons. In particular, I am wondering if you are hitting a DTLS/MIC issue because your AP's certificate are expired and you did not know about it until this power outage. Post the WLC logs.

@barryrosenhouse  perhaps the clue is in the "after power failure" and we're looking in the wrong spot. Have you checked the switch port on which the AP is connected? Is the port config still correct? (if local mode WLC then it should have an access vlan, or if FlexConnect AP then it should have a trunk config with a native VLAN (management for the AP)

If the port config is correct then the AP could be stranded, Can you SSH to it?  if not then perhaps it's in boot mode - console to AP needed.
