Windows 10 not prompt for peap authentication on wire connection

Hi Team 

  I'm new to Cisco ISE and doing some lab at home. I have ISE 2.1. did the ports and aaa config on the switch and port, when I connect the LAN the NIC showing it's trying to authenticate but it does not pop up for username and password, I did the steps below already on my laptop 

1- enable the auto wire config on the service 

2- I enable Microsoft PEAP and all other sitting under the NIC properties. 

3- under the NIC properties - an advance setting I enabled authentication mode " user authentication "

By default, it uses the Windows logon name and password. See clear that, you may follow some instructions found in the Internet; e.g. Step 9 in
