Wondering if I can validate email address in Guest Portal Registration

Hello,

I take care of our company websites and last week I got a new request from our CISCO network team asking if I can help them to customize a page. They want me to validate the email address field in the CISCO Identity Services Engine - Guest Portal setup to limit the email addresses and show ONLY our company emails and not GMail, Yahoo, AOL.. etc.

Can I implement JavaScript on this page? If so, how? I'm a .NET developer who knows JavaScript. Recently I was looking at your XAPI as well, but was not sure if I need to use that here. Screenshot of the page where I need to set this up is below-
