Hello,
I am getting these errors below when trying to hook up my 10Gb fiber connection
*Oct 11 13:41:24.175: %SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Te1/49: Rx power low alarm ; Operating value: -40.0 dBm, Threshold value: -13.9 dBm.
*Oct 11 13:41:28.131: %SFF8472-5-THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Te1/50: Rx power low alarm ; Operating value: -33.9 dBm, Threshold value: -13.9 dBm.
My set up is 2x Cisco X2-10GB-SR. I have an OM3 MMF Duplex cable that is 2m. The fiber going to a Intel X520 DA 1 card, with an Intel spf+ (LC). I do seem to have a connection when everything is hooked up, but how can I make sure everything is in tolerence?

Hello,
1/50 is probably showing a "high" negative number which means it is really low. That would make sense if nothing is connected to it.
Regards
