2950 catalyst issue

Dears,

Im in rommon mode of Cisco Catalyst 2950-12 switch, and i need to erase old version of IOS image in file directory

when i use command

Delete IOSFILENAME.bin

it says PERMISSION DENIED

how can i fix it?

and another question is where from this permissions can be given for rommon mode

delete flash:filename.bin
