When I have a stack of 2960X's, lets say 4 in a stack, there are 4 flex stack modules total in that stack. If I am covering the 2960X chassis on smartnet, wouldnt the flex stack module be covered as well since its in the Chassis?

Very few modules require separate Smartnet. Most often they are the big ticket ones like service modules in a Cat 6k.
