32Gb Compact Flash

Will this 32Gb CF work as boot flash in a ISR4451-X router?

Pop the lid of the router and peer inside if there is a CF slot. 

If I remembered correctly, 4k routers use eUSB as the flash memory nowadays.  This is to prevent users from buying more affordable 3rd party CF and using it in the router.

Yes it’s behind the fan assembly. So any CF card will work with it?

If the router recognises the CF card, then you can use it. 

The card is a 32 MB card which is not enough to hold a bootable image which is a little over 700 MB. I guess you could use it to hold some log files or other smaller files on it.
