3560 Licensing

I cannot find a definitive answer to these questions about licensing.  Can someone from Cisco provide clarification?

1. I bought a new 3560
2. I updated the OS to Fuji (Not knowing about the smart licensing)
3. It is now in evaluation mode
4. What exactly happens when the evaluation mode expires?  Does it stop working?  Does it revert to the original OS?  Do I lose features?  What impending doom am I looking at if I deploy this?

The switch will "nag" and spam the logs.

For the time being, it will just "nag" and spam the logs.
