3560X in Campus manager lms3.2

Hi,

According to the supported devices list the Cisco Catalyst 3560X-24T-L should be supported by CM by devices update 10. We installed device updates 11 but in CM all our 3650x switches are showing as ciscoProducts.1228. My guess is that's why our usertracking is not working on those devices. Strange thing is that I can download device updates 4 until 11 except 10.. Any idea's on how I can get this working?

LMS keys off of the device OID to interpret the device type and reference the correct packages from that. The table you reference shows 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1226 as the expected OID. Your devices are reporting to your server that they are 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1228.

I suspect a bug in the package update. I'd recommend a TAC case to confirm and resolve it.

Hm you'r reply triggered me to have a better look at the table and the switches. And it proved that I'm not very good with switchtype's. Turns out our switches are Cisco Catalyst 3560X-24P-L which correspond with the correct 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1228. So that should be okay.

Anybody any idea? Maybe where I can download "device package 10"?
