Access cisco Prime 3.9 from SecureCRT using ssh

Hello, I got Cisco Prime up and running like I need it. Did have an interesting thing happen where the resources were lowered a bit and the Compliance Service was no longer appearing. We changed it back but the service never came back we had to rebuild another VM. After each installation I was never able to ssh into the server using SecureCRT. I had been getting an error that said connection was rejected because none of the authentication methods were used.

Anyone else have an issue getting ssh to work from SecureCRT, putty etc..?

By the way I know ssh from this device to other devices works. I can access an edge switch with no problem from the VM.
