Access Point cannot join in chassis 2 VSS Mode

I use a Cisco C4506 E with the vss method and use a wlc 5508 with SSO redundancy, here is the topology.

I have a problem where the Access Point connected to the distributor switch connected to Chassis 2 cannot be pinged and there are some that cannot join the wlc either. But for pinging the distributor switch, OK. When I moved the link to chassis 1 Access Point it's Ok, I check port is ok and Line Cards in Chasis 2 status OK. Anyone help me to resolved it ?

When in Chassis 2, is the AP getting a valid IP address?

Yes, for example the Ip is 10.255.232.236 when in chasis 2 I cannot ping but when I moved the chasis 1 I can ping the IP, is it possible problem with Line Card ?

What is the firmware of the VSS? 

Clear the ARP table?

I use 4506E with VSS, there is problem where I can't reach subnet B from other subnet if I connect to chasis 2 but, if I connect to chasis 1 it's Ok.

for example Connect to Chasis 1 :

ping 10.255.232.18

I would seriously reconsider upgrading the firmware of the VSS. 

I want to see the config of the port in Chassis 1 and Chassis 2.
