AIR-AP1852I-E-K9 cisco access point not working, red light flashing.i have some logs

If the LED is flashing red, do not waste any more time and RMA the AP.

The 1800 is the most "affordable" model of the family.  It also means that some of the components are made with very "affordable" quality.  And because of this, failures to 1800 is well known.  

RMA the AP while it is still possible.
