I recently set up CW so that it will alert me if a device becomes disconnected. This feature works great and has helped me a few times already. The problem is that the threshold seems to short and I receive a ton of false positives. Is there a way I can set is so that it will alert me if the device is non responsive for say, 2 minutes?

I assume you have done this event notification configuration in DFM. In that case, you can adjust the polling and timeout periods under DFM > Configuration > Polling and Thresholds > Polling Parameters.

By default, devices will be polled for reachability every four minutes. The timeout before a device is considered unreachable is 700 milliseconds. But there are three retries (so just over two seconds total). You can increase the retries to 10, and the timeout to 60,000 ms.

I will give that a try.

Thanks!
