I have a problem with LMS V2.6,i am unable to connect to an Asynchronous Network Interface (ANI) server.

so the DCA Server is down or inaccessible,

and the ANIServer process status is (Running with busy flag set)

I started and stopped the process with no any profits.

I reboot the server but I have the same problem.

Can you help me about this problem ?

Thanks

Hi Friend,

if you are running Windows and decided to rename the casuser try the following:

CSCOpx\bin\resetpasswd.exe

If this does not help maybe your ANI Server DB is corrupted. Try the command "perl reinitdb.pl ?restore" in the path

CSCOpx\campus\bin\

This will empty the ANI-Database

Or the .properties file is corrupted.

In the Path CSCOpx\campus\etc\cwsi and replace the ANIServer.properties with ANIServer.properties.orig

After this you have to setup the Some Campus Settings, because they are reset to factory defaults.

I hope that helps,

Good luck,

Frank

thanks for your reply ,but i tried to do what u said but the problem is still faced us!!!

And kindly be informed That ,The ANIServer.properties.orig file is Already exist.

thanks

ANIServer running but busy flag set is the normal status for this process. The DCAServer process is where you need to focus.

Can you have a look at the stdout.log (\MDC\tomcat\logs)and see if there are any errors regarding certificates? Also, did you integrate LMS with ACS?

Also look at the dcr.log, DCRServer.log located in \log
