Hi All,
We have recently upgrade LMS 4.0.1 on Windows to LMS version 4.2.3.
After this upgrade, there is one error that has started to occur on Inventory Dashboard in User Tracking Summary --> Unable to connect to Data base, Probable Cause : ANIDbEngine may be down. However, this process is up and running fine.

Hi Nitin,
Try restarting the server ,if that did not help then you can reintialize the ANI database.
ANI database does not contain any historical data so reint the ANI database will not loose
anything.
procedure:
stop the daemon manager
command to REINIT:
/opt/CSCOpx/bin/dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=ani dmprefix=ANI (solaris\linux)
NMSROOT\bin\perl.exe NMSROOT\bin\dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=ani dmprefix=ANI (windows)
start the daemon manager.
