APIC EM Installation Issues

I have tried to instal APIC EM on a Dell PowerEdge 750 a couple of times. It seems like Ubuntu/Grapevine installs successfully but after the final installation reboot, it loads to this screen. Can anyone tell me what this means and how do I fix it?

Yes, I'am setup vmware environment follow document but issue still occur.

I had the same, fixed it by changing the vmnet adapter settings, i dont know why but it worked for me.
have you checked the VM adapters?
