The Cat4500-R with sysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.537 is supported in RME 4.1.1 Cat4000IOS package 5.2. The Cat4510-R-E with sysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.877 is supported in the same package.

The package .zip files must NOT be extracted. They should be installed using either the Common Services > Software Center > Device Update interface or using the PSUCli command line tool.

When downloading package updates from Cisco.com, you should download and install all available Common Services and RME packages as there are dependencies which must be resolved for packages to install and operate properly.

If you have a problem installing a package, and you are running on Windows, your RME package repository could be damaged. In that case, you will need to open a TAC service request to get the instructions for fixing this.
