Archive Mgmt Job Error

Hi all,

I have a job that send me an error that i don't understand:

the job is

description: system config collection job

job type: scheduled config collection

the result is:

status failed

Devices detail for xx.xx.xx.xx

Protocol ==> Unknown / Not Applicable

CM0056 Config fetch failed for xx.xx.xx.xx Cause: CM0204 Could not creeate DeviceContent for 123 Cause: CM0206 Could not get the config transport implementation for xx.xx.xx.xx Cause: UNKNOW Action: Check if required device packages are available in RME. Action: Check if protocol is supported by device and required device package is installed.

I believe RME says it doesn't know what kind of device it is.

If RME should know this device then check if it is in normal devices.

If it is then remove it from RME and then bring it back in.

I think that i have no problem to delete a device from RME, but what is the procedure to bring it back in ?

First go to

RME -> Devices -> Device Management

And see if your device is in "normal devices"

Next choose RME Devices and remove and add
