ASR 9010 - PLATFORM-DIAGS-3-PUNT_FABRIC_DATA_PATH_FAILED

Hi, 

I have a Cisco ASR 9010 running IOS XR 6.4.2.

Since two weeks ago it has generated the following alarms every day:

The alarms clear automatically after some minutes.

Can you give me any idea of what can cause this ans what can be done?
