ASR1002-X Upgrade version path

My ASR1002-X is currently running asr1002x-universalk9.03.16.05.S.155-3.S5-ext.SPA.bin with a ROMMON ver System Bootstrap, Version 15.3(1r)S, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). What is the correct pathway to upgrade to IOS XE ver asr1002x-universalk9.17.06.07.SPA.bin and ROMMON ver asr1000-rommon.173-1r.SPA.pkg. Do I need to upgrade to intermediate versions prior to desired end version? If so, what versions and their order?

 - @lwmoore-mmc   Check Release Notes of the version you want to install and look for upgrade with find in the browser.
                                 For ROMMON have a look at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/asr1000/rommon/asr1000-rommon-upg-guide.html
                                Here look for 17.6 with find in the browser, you will find several tables with requirements according
                                to the hardware. If ROMMON upgrade is needed then you must do that first ,

Please read Cisco ISR & ASR 1k Routers: IOS-XE/Firmware Upgrade (Install Mode).

IMPORTANT:  Regardless what the Release Notes say (or mostly not) always upgrade the ROMMON first.
