AVC functionality not working on cisco Prime Infrastructure3.10

Hello,
I have a problem with Assurance Licenses on cisco prime Infrastructure 3.10,all preview tabs on avc template or avc interface configuration are blank,our devices have nbar version 14.0,avc functionality does not work,and our Asr have avc license activated,please help?

    - Make sure to use the latest patch for Prime 3.10
    + Have a try with Google Chrome in an Incognito Window (to have 'direct comms' with Prime and avoid all issues
      relating to browser caching and cookie effects (this for testing)

Thank you for your reply.
I tried to enable default AVC on an interface with Google Chrome (version 92.0.4515.131 (official build) (64-bit)) in an incognito window but unfortunately no change, I still get the empty AVC preview tab.

if I use  enable Qos, The QoS preview tab is populated.

I am using CPI 3.10.4 System Patch

  - You may want to install Patch5 too and check if it helps ,

Hello,
I can't test patch 5, we don't have a service contract.
I want to know the minimum version of nbar2 supported by Prime 3.10.
All our devices that are supposed to support AVC have nbar version 14.0 and IOS XE 15.5(3)S2.
