Back-up Cisco SG 200 Switch

Hi,

I have a Cisco SG200 switch. Few ports on this switch hosts inputs for video streaming purpose and few ports for general outbound internet.I need to install a secondary SG 200 switch which will act as back-up in case the current switch fails/ goes faulty. The configuration of this switch should be exactly the same is the current one. Kind of  1+1 service. Please let me know how to go ahead and do this.
