Backup database or configuration stored in Cisco LMS 4.0

I need help to support the entire information stored in the LMS 4.0 to a possible flaw in the hardware or software, knowing how to recover and restore all information  previously loaded into it.

The procedure for backup and restore of LMS 4.0 is covered in detail in the "Administration of CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution 4.0" guide.
