Batch send cli commands using Prime Infrastructure

Is it possible to automate a batch send of a cli command to several switches using Prime Infrastructure?

We have about 300 switches on which I would like to issue the "software clean "command. I would like to automate this rather than logging into 300 switches but this command requires a yes or no answer before completing the task.

you might be able to use a CLI-based template in prime to accomplish this.  The template would have the command.  Then you would apply it to all the devices.
